Please follow the below steps to ensure your installation is completed smoothly
Download App
Download the Ajax Systems 'user' app on your smart device and complete the registration process.

Please make a note of the email address you used to register. Your alarm Hub will be added on the day of installation.

All areas our engineers will be working in are clear and accessible.

Ensure the Hub location has an available power socket, if the Hub is to be hardwired to your router (recommended) please ensure the Hub location is close to your router.

Where an external siren is to be installed, please consider the location of the siren and ensure the ground area is clear for ladders to be freely used.

If an existing alarm system is to be removed, please be aware that our engineer will not make good or repair any holes or marks left by the removed devices.
All areas will be left clean and free from dust. All rubbish will be removed by our engineer.
